Cancellation Policy

If you cancel an OWL booking within 3 calendar days of making your final payment and before the start of the event, you are entitled to a full refund of the price paid. Cancellations made outside of this period will not be entitled to a refund. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. If you start to use our services during the cancellation period (i.e. if the OWL event commences during the 3-day cancellation period) then no refund will be payable. Reschedule : You can request a reschedule of the OWL circles to another set of dates as long as we receive at least 3 days notice before the first date. It is not possible to reschedule indvidual dates.
