Off World Link Terms and Conditions Statement

This website is owned and operated by Off World Link. This document sets out the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and the services as offered by us.

This website offers visitors access to the Off World Link services. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our services

All Psychic or Mediumship services advertised on this site are strictly for entertainment only.

In order to use our website and receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

Intuitive Energy Readings - Rupert and Nicola

If you are not happy within the first 10 minutes of your Intuitive Energy Reading taking place, then OWL guarantees to refund your money back. This guarantee applies within the first 10 minutes ONLY. It cannot be applied before the reading has taken place or after those 10 minutes have finished.

If you are connecting via the internet and you have poor internet connection issues, technological malfunction or failure, your appointment will not be rescheduled, and no refunds will be given. You agree to switch over to the telephone number provided so your reading can continue during your appointed time. Extra time for this loss of time will only be given if Rupert or Nicola have the capacity to offer this at the time.

It’s your responsibility to provide a quiet environment to connect with Rupert or Nicola for the duration of your reading. If this is not provided, you automatically forfeit your 10 minute money back guarantee.

Rupert and Nicola reserve the right to terminate any reading where there are disruptions that are beyond their control without recompense, rescheduling or refunding your reading.

Your appointment starts and finishes at the scheduled time. If you are running late, please notify Rupert or Nicola via email at circle@offworldlink.com If you fail to do this and are over 20 minutes late, then your reading becomes automatically forfeit and no reschedule or refund will be given. Rupert and Nicola cannot be held responsible in any way for you not making your appointment on time.

Key commercial Terms

The prices we charge for using our services are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for services displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

Cancellation and rescheduling

If you cancel an OWL booking within 14 calendar days of making your final payment and before the start of the event, you are entitled to a full refund of the price paid.

Cancellations made outside of this period will not be entitled to a refund.

OWL will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

If you start to use OWL services during the cancellation period (i.e., if the OWL event commences during the 14-day cancellation period) then no refund will be payable.

Reschedules:

You can request a reschedule of the OWL circles to another set of dates as long as we receive at least 14 days’ notice before the first date. It is not possible to reschedule individual dates.

You can request a reschedule of a booked Reading to another date as long as we receive at least 14 days’ notice. Requests can be made with less notice and we will do our best to accommodate this, but this cannot be guaranteed.

The right to change offering

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Off World Link. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

Right to suspend or cancel user account

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Off World Link be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Off World Link assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

Right to change and modify Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.

Promotional emails and content

You agree to receive from time-to-time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time.

Preference of law and dispute resolution

These Terms, the rights and remedies provided and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of the United Kingdom without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in the United Kingdom. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.

All of the psychic, clairvoyant or mediumistic readings that are given from the delivery of OWL services are done and completed in good faith, but in some instances, the information may represent opinion or judgment. Off World Link cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information given during the time of the reading.

In using our services, you must understand that Off World Link does not provide recommendations, counselling, nor give any directions for you to follow. In particular, if you have any medical conditions that you are concerned about, you should always consult a qualified member of the medical profession for advice and treatment. Any opinions that OWL or other participants of the OWL services offer related to the spiritual aspect of any health issue are NOT a substitute for treatment by the medical profession and we strongly urge you not to use or see them as such.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Off World Link, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants and agents from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of the Terms of Use or your infringement, or infringement by any other user of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. The Terms of Use will inure to the benefit of Off World Link successors, assigns, and licensees.

We have no control over, nor do we guarantee, any actions that you may decide to take as a result of using any of the sites and services and by using them you agree that you will not hold us responsible for any damage arising as a result of actions taken in response to Services.
